Things are moving on track at our Thor offshore wind farm, with all of the 72 monopile foundations now successfully installed – within five months. 🌊

To protect the around 100 metres long monopile foundations from harsh offshore conditions, our reusable hard covers are being installed, which not only reduces waste but also increases circularity.

With the monopiles in place, Thor is well on track for full operation in 2027. Denmark’s largest offshore wind farm to date will also be the first offshore wind farm in the world to use 36 turbine steel towers manufactured with a lower carbon footprint, and half of the turbines will be equipped with recyclable rotor blades. As you can see, Thor is also setting new standards for sustainable offshore wind. ♻️

We’re proud that our reusable hard covers are helping enhance the circularity of this groundbreaking project. Together, we’re setting a new standard for sustainable offshore wind. At CCM | Circularcovers.com, we like to say: “We’ve got you covered!”
